C in the CMYK color model

C for cyan or for caribbean

C stands for cyan and occupies first position in the CMYK colour model. Cyan-blue is one of the three CMY standardised colours to which black is added in the printing process. Perceived generally as comparable to turquoise with a blue-green iridescence. The Atlantic Caribbean, crystal-clear waters or the sun-filled sky of a cloudless day are associations with a cyan fingerprint. Similar to water, a rather cool and crystalline character is attributed to cyan.
