Gmund Colors now available in Switzerland

Great launch event in Zürich

11. March 2016

Gmund Paper and Papyrus Schweiz last night collaboratively premiered the new Gmund Colors system. Over 200 opinion leaders and decision makers from business, industry and the design scene were enthusiastic about this novel color system, which was presented in unique surroundings in Zürich.

Gmund Colors unprecedentedly systematizes and didactically arranges 48 colored papers in eight color series containing six color tones each. "The result is a unique palette of colors that can
already be ordered in 28 countries on three continents around the globe. We intensively occupied ourselves with each color, which we tested and further developed for several months. It was a
laborious process to define the paper colors and to create them so each one perfectly harmonizes and is combinable with all the others," explained Gmund Paper’s owner and managing director Florian Kohler.

"The Gmund Colors system is the color system among colored papers. No other colored paper can rival this system, which is uniquely impressive thanks to its perfectly harmonized and combinable arrangement of colors.  It stimulates, inspires and fascinates. The search for the correct and perfectly colored paper opens new horizons for marketing specialists and other creative thinkers," said Marco Bieri, Director Marketing and Business Development, Papyrus Schweiz.

Gmund Colors is available with Matt, Felt, Metallic and Transparent surfaces. The spectrum ranges from a matt, natural aesthetic to impressive, reflective tones with tangible depth. Gmund’s
developers achieved the extraordinary feat of giving the same color character to four wholly different types of paper.

The complete Gmund Colors system inspires designers and advertisers around the world to create interesting and impressive combinations for packaging, product brochures or business stationery. Communication on exciting surfaces and with effective colors leaves a lasting impression with its recipient and maximizes the impact of the advertising message.

Gmund Colors is simultaneously available worldwide in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Russia, the USA, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
