Short, black and outrageous

Black with a touch of Coco

When Coco Chanel introduced her "little black Dress" (LBD) in her 1929 Vogue article, she very nearly gave cause to a full-scale scandal, at the same time she lay the first stone in paving the way to a fashion revolution. Her big idea: widows would be able to show their grief whilst dressing in a mindset focussed on their future. Today, the LBD is the epitome of the dress for ultimate suitability and an absolute must-have in every female’s wardrobe!
